Canning! Have a favorite Jam recipe?

That's right I'm getting in to the fall season by canning some great food. I remember helping my mom can a couple of times when I was a child and never really had the desire to do this myself as an adult. UNTIL I found that Homemade Jam and Bread was the way to my husbands heart! =)
